Oh, that. Ya I asked CC about that a while ago and he said it was working. I know what you mean though, if you try and follow the numbers on the lbpc xp list it doesn't make a lot of sense.
lol no, I figured that and that is not really an issue currently. Let me try to explain. Ok, so when you go to the LBPC XP thingy you can choose to donate XP to other users, right. It says how it takes some of your XP as a charge or whatever, yadda yadda. A couple people have used that to donate XP to me. It doesn't seem to work though. I get the auto message from CC, saying this user donated this amount of XP to you. It doesn't show though. Or.. at least it does show, but goes away after awhile.
What's broken? I don't understand what you mean. When you donate, CC has to go in manually to give you the perks that come with the donator status. It's not automatic. I'll pm him for you to get the ball rolling.
