If it's new relevant info It's ok. It's just that people will use the double to bump and it makes threads messy to read if there's a ton of the same person posting in a row. But ya, the policy isn't militant from what I understand. Just do it when it really needs to be done and don't overdo it. k.

A little bit. Got a new med and it's helping the symptoms. Got my test results back and there's something wrong. I have to go back in 6 weeks to test again. If it's what I think it is I need to have some major lifestyle changes or face some pretty awful consequences. I'm hopeful though. Greece you say.... now where have I heard that before
