I don't think there's a thread for how to organize and manage a collaborative project yet. My best sugestion would be to check out some of the threads of projects and see how they are handling things.
Hey, I have a question for you: Shouldn't there be an important thread about creating LBP projects and/or collaborations? You know, like writing a template and/or just adding information? =) I came up with a few ideas, except I'm not sure how they would go.
