If you mean CC then it means he either hasn't read it or it it's a no go from him. He's been very busy lately I know. Maybe send another pm asking if he's had a chance to read the first one.
Hey Morgana KlawwtheClown and I have this HUGE project we want to launch, but we kind of need someone's permission... I PMed him about it, that person hasnt responded since friday. I know this persons REALLY busy, like all the time, but We really want to pull this off, and were not sure what to do from this point. If he doesnt respond to the PM, does that mean it's a no? Hey, Im pretty sure Tanrockstan talked about me to you.(or not, hes always pranking me ) I just wanted to say thanks for the inspiration to get a little more active on this site, Its nice to have a new thread to post on all the time.
