Hey there! We hit a snag, but it looks like it will be sorted out okay. The local council - who issue the planning/building permits - forced us to do all the construction on our existing house (which we're about to start) before we are given the certificate of subdivision which means we can sell the land. Now the building commission is saying "what's this? this isn't right", but it's not our issue, its the greedy council, so they have to answer for that. Might mean we get to sell some land a bit earlier than we thought @.@ So, I was interested to hear about you wanting to go to Florida in November. Do they charge to attend those things?? You should go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter while you're down there '-, (that's my poor attempt at a typographic lightning bolt... oh well :/)

I know!! Although I don't really have an oven big enough to bake the transmittable cupcake. You'd basically get a crumb by the time it re-materialised, but hey.. low fat version! So, not to be nosey, but I assume you've seen a doctor about your insomnia? It's really bad for your health Although possibly good for creating levels...

I think the word's out in the spambot community that I'm on the case now Just pleasure here tonight. It's been pretty quiet... lol - ya the pay is crap. Not even hearts Good call on the farmland. Yes it was. There's still the remnants of an old rock fence at the edge of the property. It's quiet enough but not lonely in terms of the neighbors. A lot quieter now that most of the kids have left their parents homes. lol

Lol.. oh well Mate, if the lots in your subdivision are all an acre or above, then that's in "lifestyle property" category. It must've all been farmland originally, yes? How lovely and how private!

Most of the lots are the same size except for the ones down the street which were developed in the 80's - they're bigger. We've got plenty of room out here.... pain to mow the lawn but oh well, I don't do it. Grass allergy Not so much in create mode as of late. A lot of levels for spotlight. Here's a fun fact - there were 173 of them in the showcase from two Wednesdays ago until this Wednesday. Most I've ever seen in 36 spotlights.

I did go and see Ainsley in her school musical last night (Bye Bye Birdie... and American Classic, I believe), but apart from that it just the same old same old. How about yourself? Back into creating?? So you're on an acre?! Very noice! I saw that in the google maps thread. We're on an acre too but we're about to subdivide. I say 'about to' but it's been going on for over 3 years :/ We always dreamed of having a huge yard where our kids could run and play and guess what...? They just want to sit on their tushies in front of the ps3! We have friends whose sons come and enjoy our yard with their dirt bikes, so that's something at least P.S Yeah, I like comfy shoes too, but those don't look comfy. They look like you're trying to pass yourself off as having a club foot or something...
