Well, Rock if you want to make a Forum RPG then I recommend that you do one where it has a battle system. Maybe one where one person goes using a certain set of moves then the other person has to counter it but each player has stats dependant on their class and level, you could have one person watch over the battles to make sure its fair. However if you want to do something like this then you will have to have a certain theme that involves some form of powers.
