So your brand of insanity is taking non insane things and throwing them in places they don't belong? A good start, but not quite enough. Personally, I think that there is only one way to truly obtain insanity. And that way... is two ways.
Yes, I agree. It should definitely be harnessed and put to some nefarious use. This is one idea I had: What do you think, a good start perhaps?

Oh ok I'll TRY to be serious. It hurts though. For starters, the LBPC we all know and love ain't going anywhere, that's for sure. I don't really see the need for any major changes at this particular point in time, but I have an extensive laundry list of little tiny things that need cleaning up. I also have no intention to fundamentally change the way the site is run either, such as the posting rules and whatnot. In summary, I plan to keep it going as is but also make it more awesome. With that said, if you have ideas/requests/complaints/suggestions I am very much interested.
Also, seriously (so please be serious for five seconds ), are you thinking of any changes, whether it be featurewise or how it's run, to this site? Or are you just planning to keep it going as is?

I am seriously considering it to be honest. At the very least, I definitely need to do something like that for Halloween next year. There's April Fools' Day too.
