I wouldn't count on that, as every weapon will need to be player made and also they don't want people to get too strong, like one guy can't take down a village no matter his level or weapon. But yeah lol

Fair enough. And I think they'll always be looking for 3D guys. Volunteer work, of course. After all, they have a LOT of stuff to model.
And embarrass myself? Hell no! I've barely touched the program for a month and I'm mainly looking to use it for Dota 2 cosmetics. Maybe if I make one of those things and get one of them approved in that nifty Workshop of Valve's, then I'll apply for a position if they're still open. It couldn't hurt AND I get to brag a little at the same time.

Interesting. I've been getting into Maya lately so maybe I'll look into the 3D modeler thing. You know, as long as I can move up from crappy-blob modeling to half-decent modeling.
Oi! Well, it's a small team, so it's going lol. They are in need of 3d artists so that's apparently keeping them held back, but other than that, I'm not really in the loop so I can't say. I think it's going ok
