Easiest is RPGMaker XP probably. But yeah, as much as I want to, it wouldn't go anywhere...

RPG Maker XP costs money, and I don't want to use my,um, well... yeah, let's just say you don't need to pay money ;_; Anyway, there's Sphere, and some other stuff... >_<
