I went to this website called lbp.me, and that's basically a site that lets you Line up levels, and heart creators and such. Sooo I bashed in 'tsr13' and found you! I then Hearted you as a creator. Also; Congrats on your level "Offworld Colony" getting 16,000+ Hearts!!!

Ah, ok. Well this part is pretty easy fortunately. Just launch LBP, and when the error dialog box pops up just select the option to create new game data. Once you get the game up and running again we'll work on restoring your story mode progress and My Moon levels. Also, did you find a complete story mode game save on GameFAQs?
Okay, I don't want to mess this up or anything so give me exact instructions. Should I delete the data in my PSP and reinstall the data in my PC? EXACT instructions please.
Yes, as long as you've made a backup of the 'current state' (the way it is right now) then go ahead and reinstall your game data.

Hey! Sorry about the full inbox - it's fixed now. And no, you're not screwed even though you made a backup after your corruption. You will have lost your story mode progress but not your My Moon levels. You can restore story mode progress with a downloaded gamesave and restore your My Moon levels on top of that, so you should be good to go. Did you do all the stuff I mentioned in my last PM or did any of it give you trouble?
