hey taffey, I finally was able to get time and try to fix my profile, but hardly found anything. Good news: narrowed down the problem to it being one of the 5 level file types, not the actual profile system. This is probably the reason is says cannot find file or whatever instead of your profile is corrupt. Bad news: In total I've got well over a 1000 of the 5 file types, somewhere down the road I got some stupid idea to keep every level I liked in the downloaded levels part, and accumulated over 10 pages of them. Any advice for me besides giving up and giving me condolences? Thanks for the help anyway, I've learned a lot in preventing corruption in the future
No problem at all - it's good to see that you're on the road to profile redemption. I'm actually not sure which file(s) in particular relate to the objects and materials you've collected. If I spent enough time fooling around with the system files I'm sure I could figure it out, but I've just never really explored that. I'd say go download one from somewhere and install that, then add your My Moon files on top of that.

Since the popup didn't say the profile isn't corrupt and it says it just can't load part of the profile, I found the story mode file and successfully put it onto my new save data. However, it only gave the statistics and and percents back, not any objects or materials. Should I go ahead and delete the percents file and just download from online that has everything in it, or do you know the name of the file that has the story mode materials in it?
Hey ricky! Yes, I did get your PM - sorry I haven't replied yet. I'm behind on my PMs this week. So, the very first thing you should do is backup your current data as it is. Make SURE you run a backup right now before you do any reinstalling or importing of other game saves. Next, find a downloadable game save online somewhere (perhaps GameFAQs) that will give you 100% in story mode. Once you have that installed and working we'll work on restoring your My Moon levels. Go ahead and get your current profile backed up and then look for a complete game save, and we'll go from there. I'll walk you through any steps of the process from start to finish that you have questions about.
Hey, did you get the PM I sent you yesterday about my corrupt file? I read through your corrupt profile thread, and the only backup I have is from late june. Do you have any advice on what I could try? Would copy/pasting my levels i now aren't corrupt from old profile to new work? Please help!
