Hey there! Sorry for the delayed reply - I've been busy as usual. As for the avatar thing, I'm sorry to say that's not something I'm very good at. I can do things like add PSP statistics but that's really it. There's plenty of Photoshop-capable people around the site though. There's a "signature exchange" thread around somewhere where you can probably get an avatar made. I hope that helps!
