What kind of them are you going for? Mechanical? Natural? If mechanical, you could have a generator (wheel that you run on) which powers up a winch to help you climb up Or is it not mechanical? xP
Well, it has to be a gameplay element, nothing passive like being carried up by a cart. You're climbing up a waterfall, i was going to have the player climb up on ropes, but like i said, i required too much width, i don't want a fat waterfall I think i've got a good alternate down though. But i'm really trying to milk the other areas for as much as i can before finishing this one lol.
Maybe some kind of, I dunno, a little cart that carries you up? I can't see what your working with so I'm kind of helping you with a blank stare...
Well, i was going to use it as a rope swing, so three ropes hanging down, and you have to swing from one to another to go up... but you need a very long distance to swing in order to move up any real distance. I think plan B is just going to involve moving the swings. Plus, the grabbable stuff had to be visible, and i didnt like that =/ Apparently ovals have more surface area lol.
So is it just trying to get up to a higher ledge? How is your situation at the moment?
