Yea, thats what I meant with the caps I want to base some of the scenery off Disney, but its going to end up a platforming romp through a haunted house. 5 ages eh? Sounds like fun I imagine it will still be difficult, but should be a blast to play through! That level linking badge should be particularly awesome for Myst linking books. Good to talk to you too
oh yeah, don't worry, I have a huge 5 Age project in mind. I'm thinking of starting it after the Celestia timeline. I plan on going all out with that project - so if it's really difficult, oh well! I'd like to do a couple different projects first. Maybe some fun levels, just to get used to the new tool bag. The Haunted Mansion sounds awesome. Does that have anything to do with the Disney haunted mansion with the 999 ghosts? Good to talk with you again! Glad you'll be joining the LBP2 party next year.
Oh lol, well I guess i'm just not observant I've been mainly lurking in the vault up until LBPCTG's release, so probably missed you around the forums. I am extremely excited as well- it really does look like anything is possible. I'm looking forward to the first great puzzler, point and click inventory systems should be a breeze, and something as expansive as Myst might also be possible. I'm actually working on a project based on The Haunted Mansion, which I plan to port to LBP2. Those cobwebs are just too cool!
lol thanks for noticing. Honestly, I've never left. I mostly hang around in the groups. I haven't been creating anything new, but I've been brainstorming for LBP2 and am extremely excited for it. How about you?

Not a problem with reading my messages Frankly i do it too much lol. I didn't send the PS3 to sony actually, but 8 days sounds about right. I found a service via the wonders of the internet thats fixing the system for me. As a result, i keep all my hard drive data, my original system, and about half of the money i would have had to fork over to sony. Apparently this person typically sends the system back within 2 days of getting it, the real time problem i have is that it has to travel across the US haha. But i'm expecting to have it back soon enough, and then i'll have quite a few levels to catch up on
Hey Burnvictim! Sorry for reading your conversation with evanesced but I was curious to see when you'd be back! From personal experience, the turn around date is about 8 days. So figure on getting your new PS3 8 days after you send it in. Did you lose all your data, or did you have it backed up? I can't remember if you said so or not. Apparently (might have been too late for you?) the last update allows for a PS3 HD to be used in a different PS3. That was my problem when I got the YLOD. I took my HD over to a friends house, along with an external HD (for backup) and his PS3 wouldn't read it! Figures they would fix that problem a few months after the fact
I lost all the logic I worked on when my PS3 died, so I had to redo it all. But yeah, I think I saved a bit of thermo and it all makes sense - so it worked out that I needed to redo it
