Not quite. Increasing the temperature of the surroundings will increase the rate of photosynthesis, but only up to a point. When it exceeds the optimum temperature, the rate of photosynthesis decreases due to the fact that the plant's enzymes have denatured, i.e. the temperature has caused the enzymes to deform and change shape, rendering it useless. The chlorophyll is affected by light intensity, however, all that happens when the maximum amount of sunlight is being absorbed (called the compensation point) is that the rate remains constant, regardless on whether or not you increase the intensity any more.
