LOL. I have to say that your statement just now I find incredibly funny. I'm not going to go into detail, but that is a quote that I may actually be using later. Again, that's not meant to sound condescending in anyway - it's just very humorous for personal reasons. Anyways, depending on your age, country of residence, etc, I wouldn't expect everyone to recognize the fellow in the photo, so no need to feel attacked about that in anyway. I hope that we are still "okay" in the sociological sense, and that you don't feel like I've intended to belittle you in anyway. Trust me, seeing that you are apparently part of a Douglas Adam's sub-site fangroup, I'd have to say that I have a sizable amount of respect for you - at least as is reasonable for an anonymous internet persona.

Re: Comment I don't imagine it's any different than when anyone puts up a photographic image of someone as their avatar. It's either a picture of me, a picture of a colleague of mine, or an author whose work I enjoy. There is no elaborate story behind my selection of website avatar.
