I do... mostly for friends with smaller companies, mostly branding sites. I also do some sites as a volunteer. Here is one I am happy with how it turned out.. http://www.indyscca.org/ I have several others, but not really happy with them as they haven't wanted a much needed face lift. I do everything custom and charge by the hour... I don't normally discuss my hourly rates in public though.
