yeah.. pretty silly and they overlap quite a bit. Super hard to make a choice, especially if there are some things you need and a few extra ones you want. lol However.. I have to say Adobe Customer Service is amazing. I lost my boot drive awhile back and had to reinstall everything. Photoshop gave me some grief because it said I already installed it x number of times. Well.. kinda hard to disable software that is on a dead drive. I used the Live Chat option and they were able to up the usage amount by 1. Poof! all set!
I have Web Premium. And yeah, wacky is an understatement! I think they live 5 different packs don't they? Ridiculous!
Yeah.. it is pretty darn expensive. I just want some goodies not currently in my upgrade path and already at a disadvantage since I didn't go to CS4. lol So you have Web Premium as well or Design Premium. Adobe and their wacky premium packs.. lol
I saved up to get CS4 last year and debated about spending the extra cash to get all the video stuff. Ultimately, I decided that I wouldn't use it enough to make it worth the money, but with all the video stuff you do, yeah, it'd be pretty nice to have.
Not to go off topic on that thread.. Thankfully I do have Adobe CS3 Web premium and Photoshop CS3 With all the fun with videos, I would love to have After Effects and then saw In Design and loved it.. Counting the pennies to when I can get the whole collection.
