Possibly, but I know why I have both rashes. I washed my shirts and used way too much detergent. I've seen a dermatologist about several years ago. Not much to do, but wait it out. My sinuses are the same thing. I've been several times for this and what I am doing right now is what he would tell me. So by not going to either, I just saved a few hundred! Thanks on the pic creds. That will be a pretty cool thing to see.
