Yes my PS3 is almost 1 year old and I've got 1 month warranty left... I have game random freezing problems and after the game froze, the game disc is no more recognize by the PS3... I don't know, maybe a problem of disc drive or a recurrent error in the system. The only way I found to make this work, is to reset the PS3, then turn it off with the back button. When I turn it on again, the game disc show and I can play... till the next time it will freeze So yeah I have no choice but to send it to Sony and take advantage of the warranty, but staying like 3 or 4 weeks (or more) without my PS3 and LBP is very frustrating... Thanks for asking anyway
So you have plans of replacing your PS3 soon? Just curious.. seems to be quite a few blowing up lately. I feel they have about 3 years regardless, but your's if I recall was less than a year old.
