Uh, yeah, I remember that time-intensive reflection stuff being the worse. Not only are you busy already but then have to complete tasks that seemingly have low importance or are simply pains to write up. and yeah....I look forward to every weekend as well...it gets old when you go non-stop for a day, and then repeat a few times... May I ask where your doing your student-teaching at? You said low-economical status: Inner city type or rural?
Yeah, no time here, really. I tend to just get Saturday. Thanks to the machine that is my school's College of Education, I am constantly kept busy. I'm supposed to take over the class shortly, but I just don't see how I'm going to have time to do anything. They keep us busy with stuff that is worthwhile to becoming a teacher, but they have us do a nonsensical amount of writing about, "What I feel" and "What I'm thinking" type of things. Ugh. Looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday already! Which really means sleeping in 'til 8.
Well...yeah...pretty much only weekends though. But I have the good fortune that most all my good friends have moved away from home (haha) and not much goes on around here. But no, on week nights I just get home have two hours maybe to spare before bed and am most time too tired to get creative. I do find creating very entertaining, but not relaxing at all....once I've been thinking all day I'm ready to shut down. I'm assuming your not able to allocate as much time either, eh? I read your interview by Dragonvarsity, the part about your projects. Just keep in mind summer vacation.......haha.
