So I was at first on the phone with Comcast which told me to call Sony.. then! i was with sony for like 30 mins checking out settings and it seems like the PS3 is fine. SO when i called Comcast back they put me on hold... I was on hold for 27 mins... 27 MINUTES!! and then I hanged up...
