It's the torch from the free, seasonal Statue of Liberty dlc. I stickered it and added in some extra lighting for the picture, so it would look like it was generating more light.
I've been meaning to ask this for a while. In you avatar you have what looks to be a torch? Is that an ingame accessorie or did you make that? That would be cool if you could adjust the radius and intensity of it.
