Come get some from my house, we've got 6 chickens who've only recently started laying. 4/5 eggs a day for 5 people in the house...we've got about 20 eggs stockpiled up now O.o
That does sound tempting, I just need to find some more eggs.

I noticed that. I was nervous for the first minute and a half because I didn't see anything happening. Then it just started working it's way up the cup and I got excited, probably much more excited than I should have been over the equivalent of dough rising.
Haha, cool. The two microwaves I've used to make it in both have glass fronts, and it's so cool to watch it rise, because it normally all goes at once near the end.
No problem, it was my pleasure. I was pleasantly surprised when the timer went off and there was a nice, moist, bubbly cake flowing out of my mug. It tasted like a light, fluffy brownie. Since it's so quick to whip up, you can bet I'll be making it in the future. Thanks for the recipe.
