I simply take a bunch of sprites from various sources and mix and match parts using painting programs, then smoothing them all out. For example, I made this sprite by taking Kristoph's various poses (using his laughter pose as a base) and taking Hobo Wright's hand. And sure sure, no prob.
Where and how do you make them?? And can you make more pleaz?
