  1. shrop, how funny is it, that this whole time you were saying pariah, I read that to say piranha.... ROFL!!! I still works though doesn't it? Anyway, attention to detail, precision speed reading, all supposed to be part of my specialty... :/
  2. ROFL! It is all about allocation of liability. In this case, I believe it does indeed belong with BabyDoll. Don't worry about using your mic, I rarely use mine because apparently it is very choppy. But you should dust it off anyway, BabyDoll has a lovely accent, which I am sure you do too, but then again, to you guys it isn't an accent, it is the norm...yes, I am chasing my tail.

We should get on that group! We may be the only two members, but we should petition to get the CPD (CLE here in the US) out of any conversations we may have. I think a cross border risks and remedies would be a good first topic.
  3. Hehe! Too true, it does indeed, sadly. BabyDoll doesn't seem to be on much now anyway (very base attempt to put blame on someone who didn't even know she was supposed to be doing something...). Hmm, we'll have to do something about this which means I'll have to go and dig out my mic, blow the dust off it and read the instructions again! Has anyone got any plans for meeting up this weekend? If so, just let me know and I will try and come along!

And if you were just bandying around Latin phrases and it is only coincidence that it could be linked to the earlier conversation, then all I have to say is mutatis mutandis, inter alia and obiter dicta! We should have started that group after all, lol! I couldn't see any problem with those discussion topics you listed anyway - exactly what this site needs and, hey, maybe we could get some Continuing Professional Development points out of it! Win win situation if you ask me!
  4. Res ipsa loquitur...
  5. LOL! shrop, don't be fooled by the number of trophies! I am a "serious"player not so much because I'm good, but more so because I play a lot! As BabyDoll will tell you, I am a member of the Suck Brigade, and, might I say, I have played plenty of levels where you are far ahead of me in the score!!! February sounds good, yes, there is safety in numbers for sure. Marrying up our 3 time zones is going to be nuts, but we must do it!
  6. You're right we should have a go! Whenever I've been on lately you've been playing Borderlands but I think the real reason I've not invited you is that I still see you as a "serious" player - level 7 with a platinum trophy, after all!!! (I could have used my first ever "ZOMG" there but thought better of it!) - and my playing just goes to pot in multiplayer. But that's just craven of me. How about some time in February when BabyDolll is back on LBP - by which I mean safety in numbers and not that I don't think BD is a serious player too ...talking about digging holes for yourself, lol! Mind you that means marrying up 3 different time zones. Still I seem to be on in the middle of the night GMT often enough these days!
  7. Hi shropshirelass, it's been a while since we've chatted, so I thought I'd stop by and say hello. I still stalk you now and again to see if I can ever snag a play date with you some time, but we will have to make it happen before the end of Spring! (Give ourselves a deadline, shall we?). Hope all is well.
  8. Lol, that's the kind of New Year's resolution I like, i.e. one you actually want to stick to!

Happy New Year to you too and all the best for 2010!
  9. Happy New Year shrop! Let's make a resolution together - we must play together at least once in 2010! I wish you and your family all the best in 2010!
  10. You and me both shrop, you and me both.
