Why lock the spam can? if your gonna not let us do that anymore at least install some sort of Active Chat System the spam can is how i made lots of my friends here and get cool LBP ideas

Yeah, head to User CP > Edit Options and there will be a setting for time zone.
i live in Central American time... i never knew you could change the time though!
Is the time on the site incorrect for you? If you live in Kabul Time (GMT +430) or more east, we've found that the time is off by an hour. I'm trying to see what the problem is, but I can't seem to find anything just yet.
