America's part in the war in Iraq is over, whether America admits it or not. That's all the observation about that war that I care to make. The riverlands are still very beautiful, but the cities need a lot of work...and that's not just battle damage I'm talking about. I have a lot of respect for Iraq's place as the "birthplace of civilization", but the Mongol destruction of Baghdad did a lot of "spirit damage", and I'm not sure it ever recovered, culturally.
I think that is a very good thing to do for the country. The war in Iraq needs to be stopped Iraq is were my Dad grew up and where the rest of my dads side grew up. im not Muslim though my dads family is Assyrian which is christian. My grandma says it is a beautiful country (im guessing this means when it is not in war)
