Hey Aya. I hope it's okay if I ask something. For the past two years at least, the yearly quote archives have been stickier. Now that 2011 has ended, and nysudyrgh will be handling the 2012 Archive, I was wondering if you could unsticky Alec's archive for 2011, and stick nys' archive for 2012. I can't reproduce the issue you're having. When I go to the blog edit page, it looks like you can edit the blog.
Hmm when doing what you said, right clicking the pencil to the right and open link in a new tab, I got what I already would've got if I just clicked on it. It asked to make a new category so I did but that didn't really help me edit the newest post.
The categorization stuff should be optional. You might have better luck if, rather than clicking on the pencil icon, you right-click, and open in a new tab, then you should get the advanced edit options.
