It stands for The Console Wars 5. The Console Wars is a classic LBPC Forum Game, where people write out long stories together about the three factions waging war against eachother. The idea is for people to write for a character or two they've made up, and intertwine their own stories with that of others', making it one truely epic thrill ride. You'd need to be caught up on things, as TCW5 is really Part 2 to TCW: Blackout. Basically, the events of Blackout, where terrorist groups Ascension (from a past war) and Blackout, has led to all three console factions to wage war against each other, while some members of the factions know what's truely going on, planning to stop the terrorist groups once and for all.
