Ya looks like the cards you buy are only for the region you buy then in. You can try and find other region psn cards on ebay it said but I'd trust the psn store more than ebay personally. hm that would be tricky. I don't think you can use store bought codes for different psn stores... let me do some digging.
oh wait, well, looking back I see you said to buy psn card from eu store, no offence but im not too trustworthy of the ps store for some reasons and if I get a psn card, it's from a store, so then what D: (again, sorry about tis whole problem)
