oh okay, thanks a lot for helping me with this, but one last thing. You said "make an eu account", I'm guessing when you make an account, it asks for lcoation, so that's how, sorry, made this account a while back so I forgot how it's done and all xP
You'd have to make an eu account if your winner is from the eu, then purchase a psn card from the eu store. If someone from NA wins you'd buy one from the NA store. get it?

Ya DLC is region locked too. Here's my suggestion... have your contest and decide what your prizes will be, then after you determine the winner purchase the psn card for the region of your winner. Problem solved. I'm not sure about gifting DLC. If you buy it at the store, even for the correct region I think it belongs to you and you wouldn't be able to gift it without gamesharing (which is risky as heck and not allowed on LBPC). So ya, I'd do the buying psn card after the winner is figured out then sending them the code via email. Good Luck!
Hey Morgana, I've asked a few people around here a certain question and they haven't been able to know, which is fine, but one person suggested to ask a mod and I know being a mod can make life real busy so I don't mean to distract you from it but well, I was wondering if you could answer this question of mine. I'm thinking of holding a contest and maybe more after it, and a lot of XP is okay, but I feel it's not such a "worthy prize" by itself for say...a level competition. I wanted to use a PSN card code as a prize with the XP but thaose can be region locked and I don't wanna exclude others So then I heard about this whole "Gifting DLC" mumbo jumbo but not very sure if you can gift DLC to anyone anywhere with a PSN account or if gifting's region locked aswell
