Thanks for the recommendation, I think I'm just going to try starting out 2d. I have heard and tried Gamemaker before, it's a pretty good starting point. Forgive me if you already mentioned it in the post before, but which of those are you using to create 'Pixel Boy'?
well they are thing like UDK and Unity 3 if you want the deep end but from LBP maybe Gamermakers 8? or Construct 2 gamesalad stencyl best to see what you like best one for you
Hello jump_button. I was just reading the E3 thread and clicked the link in your signature, leading to the blog for your first indie video game. I looked at some of the images, and I'd just like to say, it looks very nice so far. I'm wanting to go into Indie Game Development myself, and have already found a website to help me learn Java. I was just curious though, what program are you using to create Pixel Boy?
