Hey Cyber, I had seen your Radio Playstation Contest a while back, and remembered you were giving 20 Dollar PSN card, just like I'm doing with my contest. There's jsut this problem, codes are region locked, a.k.a., COUNTRY locked. So that means I can only give card to a U.S. person, and my friend Darkcloudrepeat said he could provide prize, but only if someone in Ireland won, as like I said, COUNTRY locked. Now that means people in a lot of countries, including the U.K., Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, etc. won't be able to run. I've wondered if there's a way to gift DLC to anyone, despite being outside of the country you'r ein, and in the O.P. for your contest it had said you 'might also include DLC', that also made me think more that you could gift a choice of DLC, and that I had heard about it before. So if you know anything about that you could tell me, that would be very miuch appreciated.
