Dreams from Another World

Perhaps the best lesson learned from this is never give a release date until a game is finished. Chrono Chrysalis once again misses a release date and frustration settles in.

As much as I have grown with logic, this is perhaps the biggest challenge I have to face. What happened was around sunday before the competition ended, I updated the camp menu(which I will hide to prevent any more hype), and oddly, the game experiences freezes on certain maps when returning to exploration.

It makes zero sense.

Especially with the thermo staying at 50 percent the entire time. Its a strong possibilities there are just too many calculations going on at once. I think CC is too complex...for LBP2 in its state. Perhaps...the gaming gods are telling us that sometimes less is more.

CC will be undergoing some simplifying, however, I dont really think people realize how complex it was/is to begin with, so I lightly use the term.

For now though I am taking the rest of the week off. I havent developed in two weeks, but the break has been nice. I played FF X a little bit and FF XIV online. However, its still hard to finish console games until I finish this project and I will see it to the end, whenever that may be.

Right now my focus is less on creating some goliath RPG, and just creating one that exist and polishing that to perfection.

In other news, I will probably drop the Genesis prefix. I now have enough time to just do the full release of the first chapter. More news will come in the future.
