hello all pok'efans! since i know, well, probably TOO much about pokemon... and could be labeled a pok'efreak... *sigh* i thought i might make a blog all about the enslaved beasties!

so, this week is simple... black and white have been announced over a week now... so what do i think of it?

how has hg and ss stacked up against plain old gold and silver?

Black and white... so, neutral... so, simple... so god-freaking BA******* in its own right... what does it feel like being a pok'ename?

about time i guess

eventually they were going to add light types, and while not OFFICALLY announced, what else? we need another type to spice it up! and this is perfect... but i digress.

how are the games?

well, considering its actually pushing the 3d instead of doing something the gba could do. i guess its a good thing, however annoying. i mean... better looking buildings, cars, forests... i might cry for joy! FINALLY!

besides, after this there are 9 officaly named regions... though holon from the tcg is a somewhat stretch.

and hopefully better pokemon.

it looks good so far, but that can easily change so hopefully, it ends up like hg and ss! speaking of which...

how have they stacked up?

well, being the first main audience, and having owned g/s/c altougether... how does it stack up as a remake?

well, its a ds fr, and lg!

which, in my opinion, where GREAT!

visuals, routes, pokemon... all bring back memories!

safari zone back, the PA dome... great!

overall, if you have wanted a reason to get a pokemon for the ds... get this!

currently, PCZ ( Phantom Champion Zoroark ) is due for this year in may. and will feature the 2 announced Gen V pokemon!

thats all...


overall, pokemon is recovering from the humiliation of gen III, and IV... and gen V is rapidly approaching! but then again... we'll just have to wait to see how that turns out!
