I'm having trouble getting something to do one thing that once you use it the timer starts for it to be used again. it works but the emitter won't emit that object i want out

what something I'm doing wrong or something i need to put in to make it work

    Hmm very interesting i had a problem just like this but with a creatntior when i was making a victora lab level
    i was making a cake that would stick to anything you shot it at but it kept emitting the WHOLE level but i think something might be wrong with the timer connections or it might be the AND gate you put but that's what i think good luck hope you get it
