Just a very strange one...But it will be interesting to see what your reaction is Right, here goes (btw, I've had to use English towns, but it doesn't really matter).

A man and his son were involved in a serious car accident, which injured them both severely.
The man had to be driven to a hospital in Ipswich, the son had to be driven to a hospital in Manchester.
When the son arrived at the hospital, the surgeon came in and uncovered the boy's face before saying,

"I cannot do this, he's my son".

...
