Thanks for letting me know that but I talked to Code earlier and already found out that he makes sigs for free and charges for avatars, he said he is going to make me a sig, cant wait bet its going to look pretty awesome

Yeah, it's a new method of auto image resizing. It's a lot sleeker than the old one. We've got 9 different methods of doing it, but the one we're using is the sleekest, fastest, and most compatible between browsers.
