I just tried moving stuff from the C to the D. For every single folder it said that it could not be moved.

Um, all the stuff on my C drive, is neccessary stuff. It's things like user data, and my documents, and window programs, and other stuffs like that. :/

What are the differences between the C drive and the D drive?

My E-Drive is DVD-RW Drive.

It's going 209 MB over. Can I delete the MapleStory Download, or does that get rid of the game?

That's the "highlighted volume" that does not "have enough disc space available".

There's no 'Yes'. I hit 'OK', the only option, and then I get this page with stuff, and I have to change the folder or whatever, but it will only let me select the one it's already on. So I'm like "WTF?!". Looks like I won't be playing it...

I don't know wtf happened, but my computer went into turbo mode, and the download just finished. Do I open it now?
