Yes.. do those when you get the error. However comparison numbers and info from working to not working is very helpful as well.

that is a bit long to be honest, but since you are on the site currently you ARE hitting it getting a ping (or you would see timeout errors in the ping). Doing a ping as well as a trace route will be a handy thing to do when you CANNOT hit the site. We need to see what is happening when it fails. So providing the ping info and trace route info to your ISP when you cannot hit it may help them determine your particular issue. It might be that some switch between your isp and lbpcentral is the real issue.. not sure. These are the basic tools to help identify communication issues such as this.
