A nun is a woman who has taken vows committing her to a spiritual life.[1] She may be an ascetic who voluntarily chooses to leave mainstream society and live her life in prayer and contemplation in a monastery or convent. The term "nun" is applicable to Catholics – both eastern and western traditions – Orthodox Christians, Anglicans, Lutherans, Jains, Buddhists, and Taoists. While in common usage the terms nun and sister are often used interchangeably, in some cases they are differentiated, a nun being a religious female who lives a contemplative cloistered life of prayer and meditation, while a sister, in Christian denominations, lives an active vocation of prayer and service, often to the needy, sick, poor, and uneducated.

The use of hello as a telephone greeting has been credited to Thomas Edison; according to one source, he expressed his surprise with a misheard Hullo.[6] Alexander Graham Bell initially used Ahoy (as used on ships) as a telephone greeting.[7][8] However, in 1877, Edison wrote to T.B.A. David, the president of the Central District and Printing Telegraph Company of Pittsburgh:
Friend David, I do not think we shall need a call bell as Hello! can be heard 10 to 20 feet away.

By 1889, central telephone exchange operators were known as 'hello-girls' due to the association between the greeting and the telephone.

Yoda is a fictional character in the Star Wars universe, appearing in the three prequel trilogy films as well as the second and third original films. Yoda made his first on-screen appearance in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back where he is responsible for training Luke Skywalker in the ways of the Jedi. His final chronological appearance is Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, when he dies peacefully at 900 years old. He also appears extensively in the two animated Clone Wars series, as well as the Star Wars "Expanded Universe" of novels and comic books.
In the original films, he trains Luke Skywalker to fight against the evil Galactic Empire. In the prequel films, he serves as a Grand Master Jedi and a leading member of the Jedi Council and as a general in the Clone Wars.
In 2008, Yoda was selected by Empire magazine as the 25th greatest movie character of all time.[1] On their list of the 100 Greatest Fictional Characters, Fandomania.com ranked Yoda at number 60.[2
