Okay... so i just got an email from the the EA team with the subject:
'EA.com Terms of Service Violation‏'
It said:

What the hell!? Isn't that just taking it a bit too far?! I loved something, said it was 'badass' and been suspended for 7 days? This is ridiculous and to be quite honest i'm really mad at this. Sort yourself out EA.

i am speachless. banning someone for 7 days for sayin badass is ridiculous.

Fair enough if i insulted it and said 'It looks like my ***', but as a compliment i would say its fine. I'm putting in an appeal.

This is fair enough if i was using vulgar language, as well as insulting someone - but since i believe this is neither, in this case i find the ban quite innapropriate. Same ofcourse. If not, it's only 7 days so i don't mind. Especially as half the time i wont be able to get onto the internet. But i still want it.

Y'know what... i'm really happy. This got sorted very quickly.
Still shouldn't oh happened in the first place but no worries. I hope this doesnt happen with LBP. seems like a similar system.

This is what happens when I try to link Spore to my EA account. It really sucks, it's like someone has used the code before! If it isn't fixed by next Saturday, I am complaining to EB Games, cause they sell games people return as brand new.

I guess their going strong with the filter to stop the unavoidable genitalia monsters

Whoever did that should be fired, that's ridiculous. At least you're unbanned now.

Spore has an incredible amount of DRM issues, too. Overall, they just seem to have a lot of extra problems.

Good for you man! That really was a ridiculous ban. I have hope this won't be the case in LBP, I got the impression, things would get reported by users with that Good Grief system and that it would get reviewed and then removed if necessary. I doubt they will act as quick and carelessly as what you just had to deal with :cry:

That's really cool that they unbanned you and replied to your response.
