I saw the South Park episode, but never knew much about Kanye West. After seeing this incident hit the news I now know why they showed him on South Park. He really deserved it... :)
Makes me wonder why celebrities make so much money. I know they are arguable good at what they do, but really now... millions of dollars? ..and to think some of them are a bunch of idiots that can't even behave in public or make the decision to behave badly because a camera is recording the event.

that wasnt an apology on Jay Leno. Jay asked, and i loved that he asked, what would his mama think of what he did. instead of saying that he was sorry and that he knows his mama wouldve beat him and make him say he's sorry, he blames his behavior on his mother's recent death. "oh have sympathy for me, im a disrepectful jerk because im sad" thats a great way to show honor to his family. I find it extremely distasteful, and i am thouroughly disgusted that he got any attention. i dont mean to sound off, actually you know what, i do mean to. im tired of people being rewarded for bad behavior when its so obvious how to shut them up. i think they shouldn't've allowed him in front of a camera until he gave a public apology then let him slip back into obscurity. And we all saw it coming when he insulted the president during Katrina. Normally I like people that keep it real and don't put on a fake facade for television or the public, but when someone talented is winning an award in front of the world as someone who has earned it, and never did anything wrong to that person, then I do find him very wrong for doing what he did during Taylor's moment.
Also, I could care less who says what about a president. The president isn't anymore special than anyone else.However, I do think it's wrong making racist remarks or accusations like that. That will only make things worse for the sake of peace between races.
