Unnoticed Things In LBP

Rottenavacado, thats a squeaking noise from the pod controller sticks.
Here's some:
- Sackboy makes an audible "gasp" for breath when he surfaces after diving
-sacks cannot suffer from "the bends" :).
- Bounce high enough on the skull teeth in the POTC level "Cursed Bay" and you can see their dark matter
- In terms of impact collision and how the game recognises sackboy's presence, he seems to occupy a 2x2 small grid square. Test this by making a hole in some material that size, he fit's in fine, though may bend over. Shrink it slighty or change it's shape even slightly and it will kill sackboy when he enters it.

ooooh, i got loads XD ill just put ones i can remember for now though -
Pressing square whilst taking a picture will cut the timer
You can use rockets as smoke effects if you glue them down
if you fly all the way to the top of the level in the tetherless jetoack tutorial (creator pack 1), you find the queen :P
on the wedding level, when you start, run left. you can jump over the candles and escape the level
on dangerous decent, if you go far right and jump. you can slip down the levels.

one of your arms (the right one i think. might have to correct me on that) can be moved whilst you run. your other arm stops you if moved.

it's a pretty small thing.

a small fact which any sackboy should know XD
corner jumping, you probably know that it is....
standing on an objects sharp corner will make sackboy dance.... if you then jump you go extra high :P

easier to understand, you can use the right analog stick to move one sackboy arm, but can't use the left one(that's how you move)

oh and i didnt see mine added so here it goes again.

adding wavy-like decorations like the snake neck, the orange legs/arms, the handkerchief, etc. onto your sackboy/object and submerge it into water, the decoration stays still, and doesn't wave at all

source: made a seacreature like sackboy using the snake tongue as fins and stuff, makes sackboy look cool

use the photo taking tool, put it as far as possible, out of sight and take the photo

you can get a picture of things you cant see :P

Moving the analogues on the pod controller will make them squeak quietly.

can remove a jetpack from another sackboy by slapping them

sackboy who grabs another sackboy can be slapped faster and easier

the devil skin glows in the dark

I'll try to add some of these things.
I'm sorry for adding things like glitches or level creation technicalities. But this is more of a list for small things that kinda seem hidden in the game intentionally (or kind of accidentally), such as options you can use in menus or creation tricks. I guess I could add a few more areas for other things such as glitches though...

well if you feel so strongly about it maybe you could just make a glitches category just to seperate it, maybe then you could still add some interesting ones and they wouldnt get caught in the mix

For lbp veterans like myself :) you might be able to remember that on the story levels, 2 plays KEPT appearing in the screenshots (cant remember psn). and this became very noticable. well, this was a trick where you set your ps3 date to 2099 and your uploaded screenshots always stay ontop XD - not sure if this still works though.

Something I JUST noticed yesterday. Sackboy's stronger pushing objects rather than pulling them. ...How did I not notice that?

Different background themes have different background sounds.. These sounds are also affected by the time of day!

doesn't the MGS background have no background noise? apparently, and i haven't tested this, it copies the noise of the last background you had. sounds cool but you might want to check it. i heard it somewhere. can't remember where though. :p

Not anymore with the last updates. The MGS, monster, and history background all have unique background noises now. MGS is a wind with faint explosions. Monster Cave is wind too, with some bugs and bats depending on the time of day. History is a strong eerie wind. POTC doesn't have sound, maybe it will come in an update.

a glitch which sucks the player towards the knife like a tractor beam. put it behind a wall and it won't kill sackboy.

That or the one that lets you make harmless knives.

Another one is the Ezio gloves reveal their hidden blades when you make sackboy angry. Maybe this could be a link to similar built in animations in future costumes?

Paintballs hve a limited lifespan that cannot be extended by the use of emitters.

At the end of the Serpent Shrine, Attached to the scoreboard is a Belt buckle decoration with a bull's head on it.
And the sock puppet's expressions change with sackboy.

Also, the knife glitch is just where the knife's handle is solid and the blade is... pass - through - able. You can stick it in any object, and it wont hurt sackboy either.

actually thats not the knife glitch that's a glitch for most materials that you can pass thru...the REAL knife glitch is this weird glitch that pulls sackboy towards the blade in some weird psychic thing which creators put obstacles in front of to block you from dyin
