you can send XP to yourself, no matter how much.
obviously it won't give you the FULL points, but, the system gives you points for giving away points.

I can confirm this, I just gave myself 5,000 points. ;)

I've submitted a bug report/feature request to the modification author, but in the meantime, don't give away points to yourself! I will be on the lookout, and if I catch you, you'll end up with less than you started with. Don't do it!
