Hmm, tricky. The middle-eastern theme suggests the History kit, there's a middle-eastern section in the demo level which includes a nice blue-white patterned tile material. But for the warzone you might want some severed sackboy limbs and death cry sound effects from the Monster pack... :p
You should check out the pack announcements Mm site, they have some pictures. Does anyone know of a good DLC directory that shows all the contents including pictures?

I definetly Recomend waiting for the water release by saving about 5 dollars but i would recommend getting the Watch Men costume KIt and the MGS packs the creator and costume ones there the ones i got and they are really worth the money

I would advise both sticker packs the stickers are great and deffinately get the MGS pack. Obviously
