Top Progress of a patch #. The bottom one is overall download progress. In the middle there might be 1/2.
I mean the top is the download % of the current patch you are downloading and the bottom is the overall % of downloads you need.
It's screwing the connection on my parents' computers, so I gotta wait to get the patch :(
