The Digestive system

My current LBP level project is the digestive system basically you move through the human digestive system and come out the other end into a giant toilet... this is the best idea I've had for a long time but I'm worried the ending of the level might be seen as offensive especially a particular part in the large intestine where you have to either dodge or ride on... digested food. I'm making the level look more like a diagram from a school textbook than the real deal obviously.
