FEEDBACKZ
I think the staff is too far away from the center of the hand, making it look like it'd be merging with the fingers. Ideally it would show on the outside of the fingertips, with the right-side edge of the staff as far as the angle of the inward thumb joint. To get into detail - a staff that small would have a differently shaped fist too. It would be more clenched, without a small gap between the middle finger and the rounded base of the thumb, with the staff being held in the middle of the palm.
The sunglasses/visor/eyepiece isn't symmetrical. It's a little tilted too, but that just depends on the way the sackgirl wears it. This ties along with my upcoming rant about curves.
The mouth isn't very smooth and flowing. (* Overall, I think this is one of the things you need to improve with the most as an artist, as minor as it is.) Near the left, there is one relatively sharp angle that I think looks out of place if you study the mouth long enough.
Here are two random short lists of drawings with very smooth mouth strokes;

...and drawings with more jointed mouth strokes (especially doopz'zs...z' xzsss', where the mouth and beard are at very different distances from each other in different areas, and almost touch each other at one point.)

The curves of doopz' mouth and beard almost touch each other at one point; it's a little messy. illumin's mouth has a joint in the middle, andsackgirl'sexplosivecheddar's mouth is shaped like a V at the bottom. Curved lines should have a flowing (but natural-looking) set of angles. A curve loses its visual quality if one or more angles are too obtuse or too acute.
The way your sackgirl's feet are positioned is a little unnatural, like she's standing on a round rock. Each foot is the opposite of the other one. The backpack looks like it's on flat ground, which doesn't match the feet of the sackgirl.
The checkerboard pattern on the bracelet is a little messy. Try to look at one of the white squares in the middle, and they're far off from being 90 by 90.
The colors and textures are just about flawless though, in my opinion. I love the vibrant, visually pleasing choices of colors, and healthy complements of the darker brown jacket and dark blue and bright gold clothing and accessories. The textures also really give feel and depth to the drawing. The glossy glare on the wood of the staff make it look very solid. The shine on the golden arm braces make them look very believable and metallic. The fold lines in the clothes are subtle but not overly or underly done, and they bring out the believability of cloth. The window-like streaks on the visor are very nice too, and so is the color effect that makes the skin and eyes have a yellow tinge. The shading is wonderful, especially the charcoal-y shading of the backpack (which was very well drawn, by the way; glad to see you're experimenting with more complex objects) and the shading on the hat.
I suppose I forgot to mention that one drawing was just a way to show the design to the other members of the group - I really didn't spend the time necessary to complete the lineart, which is why the squares on the bracelet are very uneven, the visor is tilted, and the mouth is odd. As for the backpack, it was actually a thing on the side like an enlarged view to show what it looked like, it was purely coincidence it happened to look like it was sitting on the ground, haha...Also, her feet aren't meant to be standing on any ground, as said before, it was just a way to clearly show the design of the character. I hate to feel like I'm countering everything in your critique - I just wanted you to know I wasn't meaning for this particular drawing to be the best it could be. Anyways, you made very valid points about the hand, that advice will be useful.
Thanks for the awesome critique!
:O
This thread finally got stickied! :P

@everyone who guessed
I cannot confirm whether any of these are correct or not (AND NEITHER CAN YOU NINJAFERRET COUGHCOUGH), however I can say that this project definitely does not revolve around me - it's a group effort and a group story.
Thanks Babydoll - This thread has officially been stickied, as you guys requested. :)
